Purchased same one before in person from the same seller while in Chicago and that one lasted for 13yrs and it was time to buy another one.. Hoping to get similar usage from this one as well

I was looking for sturdy mixer grinder which can grind dosa and idli batter. Perfect mixer for chutney and dry masala.

Broke middle of grinding overnight socked lentils, finished one cup in 2โ5 min and never turned on for second cup. Wiped , dried and Tried few minutes late not worked. Let it dry and cool down overnight and tried in different socket too this morning. Still not working. Bought in October and broke on March - 1st. I barely use it , may be once or twice a month . Very disappointed after spending close to$200, not lasted for even six months. My old Hamilton still going after 15 years, wanted to upgrade with steel body and Indian brand mixture to cook South Indian recipe as suggested by family member . Hope owner contact me and replace faulty motor soon ๐

I had issues with this mixer and grinder in less than a year. Hardly it worked perfectly only for 6 months. The over load switch is not working. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Packaging was very bad and one of the jars was defective
