Love this product. I have bought this multiple times as it keeps my ceramic tile floor looking great. I spray this on and in a few minutes just mop it off. I have 4 Yorkies and so my ceramic floor tile gets a lot of grime in between the tiles on the grout.I don't have to scrub thus stuff it does all the work for me. I do use this everyday and my ceramic floor tiles does not have a film or look dirty, It is still very shiny and not sticky. This stuff is very easy to use and works amazing.I have not noticed a chemical smell when I spray it on the floor it is not unbearable and I get a slight smell as I am spraying it but it is gone almost immediately.
