Love adding this syrup to mezcal cocktails. It’s so good! Could be used in many things tho - cocoa, tea, smoothies, drinks. It’s a really great product. The mint flavoring is pretty addicting.

It is delicious and absolutely perfect if you want a SPEARMINT syrup. If you want a peppermint syrup it’s exactly wrong. Peppermint and spearmint are not interchangeable in all applications. True, they are both mints, so the label is not strictly wrong. If the label had been more specific I would not have been disappointed.

When I bought this syrup I opened it up to smell it. It smelled so bitter almost to the point to describe it as rancid. I could hardly get any notes of mint in the syrup. I tasted it and it tasted like regular simple syrup without the freshness of mint. It also carried a very herbal aftertaste that wasn't anything similar to mint. I've tried other brand mint syrup and this one has been my worst experience yet.

Found this while traveling, I was unable to find it at any local liquor store. Bolo to the rescue. Great substitute for mint leaves for Mojito, which are also hard to find.

I bought this specifically to make mint lemonade, and it is perfect. A lot of great mint flavor without being overly sweet, which was a concern. 48oz of lemonade, add 1/4 C syrup.

This is simple syrup flavored with fresh garden mint flavor used in Mojitos.I intended to use it to make watermelon mint iced tea (ChickFilA style) but it’s too sweet for that. But perfect for mojitos.
