I absolutely love this. I bought this edger to replace my older model of the same edger (I have to say arlt least with the old one black and decker made an amazing product. I've left my old one in the Texas sun, heat even rain storms countless times over the last 6 to 8 years and it's still goin, it just wasn't holding a long enough charge. This new one works amazing i can do my entire front yard. The extra battery will come in handy. Thinking if purchasing an extra battery charger.It was extremely easy to put together as well.

I have trouble with the auto feed for the line. You have to push a button. I'm not sure what is going on with it. My last one did it by itself. Didn't have to do anything. Just drop your line in and go. This one I'm constantly having to mess with. Other than that it is fine. And I can use all the batteries I previously had for the last trimmer.

The media could not be loaded. Update: The trimmer itself is ok. But without working batteries, this is not worth purchasing.When the package arrived, I began to charge the batteries (that were included) with the charger (included). I was able to try the trimmer with the batteries that I had from my Black and Decker drill.This was the very reason we were excited for this product - two more batteries!However, the little lights on the battery charger were flashing red for hours when I was charging the new batteries. The batteries were not hot, they were just completely dead. After checking their model number, I learned they were from 2021 (3 years old).I then called Bolo for a replacement (not recommended), and although they were very accommodating, they were not helpful in the end. They recommend sending a replacement for exchange, and the replacement arrived with batteries from 2021 just like the first shipment which also did not work at all. When I called in again, Bolo offered a discount of about $20... Not enough for one generic battery let alone two replacements. I will also mention that my call dropped, so when I called again, Bolo offered less ($16). I then voiced my frustration because they were literally haggling to see if I'd accept a lower price.It is likely not a coincidence that two packages arrived with batteries from the same date, and all the batteries had the same issue. Shame on you, Bolo.Buyer beware! This is an issue with items on the shelf of an Bolo factory.However, we decided to keep the trimmer after contracting the manufacturer (Black and Decker). They were willing to replace the batteries. They sent us two brand new batteries in their packaging. This did, however, take almost three weeks when all was said and done.I would not recommend this product from Bolo, but I am happy to report that Black and Decker is a company that backs its products.

The string trimmer itself is representative of most all Black & Decker products in that it is well made and works as described. However, I made the mistake of ordering one which had been returned, and neither of the 2 batteries included would accept a charge. I contacted Bolo customer service and the best they could do is issue a 25% credit, which would only cover one battery. The 2nd option was to contact Black & Decker, but their automated service was less than stellar, and when I was finally able to input the information for the batteries, it stated that neither of them was under warranty!I then went to their website to complain and while I still didn't speak directly with anyone, I later received an email stating that they had received my complaint and would send out a replacement battery. So, when it arrives in a couple weeks, I'll STILL be out a battery which should've come with.Long story short, I should've bought the brand new one, and avoided the headache I gave myself!
Easy To Use And Cuts Grass

This is my 2nd weed trimmer I bought in the last 6 weeks. The first one is a "heavy to lift" gas engine with brush cutting blades and the spool for grass cutting. I used it a few times and decided that I should get another one just for grass cutting.After looking at many battery models and reading reviews I decided that this may be the one. Now there were some cheaper ones while this one comes with two batteries and that is a nice feature.So what do I like about this weed trimmer?The fact that one just plugs in a battery and presses a button and away you go. No mixing gas, and often struggling to get started as with a gas engine type.I also like the “push a button” feature when more string is needed. Way better than the "bump to the ground" ones that never seem to work. Of course, this one is way lighter than a gas model.However, after 15 minutes one’s arm does get a bit tired as one has to continuously hold the trimmer off the ground and not skating on the ground. I hooked up a harness for mine and now I can go all day.I used it the first time for about 20 minutes and that then took about 2 hours to recharge the battery. After 20 minutes the trimmer still ran as if it had had a freshly charged battery. Manual says to recharge the battery after every use to prolong battery life.One interesting comment in the manual is that spare spools should be stored in an air tight bag with a table spoon of water to prevent the spools and string from drying out. That kind of surprised me.So what do I not like about this trimmer.It has very thin plastic line about half the size of my gas engine one, and the line gets frayed pretty easily and I would deduct that the 30 feet of line gets used way faster than on a gas engine type with the heavier line. I also would have preferred that there were two lines exiting the spool and not just one thin line. However, it does cut grass pretty nicely and even thicker grass. I was also not expecting it to be as loud as it is.I found that if one is cutting grass that is close to a wall, the little wheel hits the wall first and as such one cannot cut the grass that is close to a wall. I discovered the best way to cut grass close to a wall is to angle the trimmer, so the little wheel is no longer in front.Overall, the assembly which was almost nothing, was easy and for a battery trimmer, I would think it’s as good as any in this price range and would recommend it. Shipping was one day sooner than the earliest date and that is appreciated.

Ligera, no necesita cable de alimentacion, solo si el pasto es muy largo o una superficie grande vas a requerir varios dias, o mas pilas. Viene con dos pilas, tardan unas 6h en cargarse y al ajustarla en la segunda velocidad (para cesped largo o espeso), dura cada pila unos 20min de trabajo ininterrumpido. Linea de corte muy facil de montar y avanzar.
Excelente compra
Súper recomendable. Ya habíamos tenido una desbrozadora de esta marca pero con menos potencia. Ésta nos gustó por la potencia y porque es inalámbrica, eso hace muchísimo más sencillo poderla utilizar donde sea y en el momento que sea. Muy bueno que tenga dos pilas. Es ligera y no muy estorbosa.
Great Trimmer/Edger
I love this trimmer/edger. I've had electric ones and gas powered ones and sooner or later they all failed. Especially the gas powered ones. The small engines need constant maintenance, they gum up with the gas sitting over the seasons. The electric cord was a nuisance. This baby is perfect. Powerful, and long lasting batteries. Easy to feed the string. I highly recommend this trimmer. I couldn't believe the edging that it created on my lawn. I didn't think it would actually cut down as far as I required especially with old tough grass, but it did an amazing job. Easy to maneuver and switch from trimmer to edger. The two batteries is bonus in case the first one runs out but if your lawn is average, the one should do it. Very happy I bought it. :-)

Fait le travail, par contre un équipement comme celui ci peut être sujet à des retard de livraison ou même ne pas le recevoir du tout. J aurais aimé après tout les problèmes occasionnés obtenir un dédommagement de la part de Bolo pour les problèmes causés etc.. quitte à obtenir soit une réduction ou une carte cadeau.Merci 🙏🏻
