I've been a fan of Lacoste for years. I remembered my grandfather used to wear them. I remembered the little alligator. When I got old I decided to look up the brand that had the alligator. Turns out it's Lacoste. I was shocked at the price but I decided to buy one anyway. I love these shirts. I now own dozens of them. I like the way they fit and feel. I don't necessarily think they worth the price for everyone. You're paying for the brand. I know what fits me with Lacoste and what I like. It's definitely the quality but also the nostalgia for my grandfather. He wore a navy blur one so that's the first one I've ever bought and to me it's the classic color. Personally I like a large if it's a regular fit and I like extra large if it's a slim fit. You're not supposed to put them in the dryer. I have. It depends in how I'm dressing so I will wear the ones I've dried in a dryer but it does shrink a little. I'm not an in shape guy but I still done like super baggy shirts. I don't want skin tight either but I think a Lacoste will look funny if it's too baggy. So you have to decide what you like. A Lacoste is a classy shirt. People that wear them know. People that don't will just see another polo shirt and have no idea how much they cost and the history of the brand. I don't like any other Lacoste styles except for their polos. That's just me. I will wear them with the buttons open and a chain necklace usually. I think it's a good look. You can wear them with regular Jean, ripped jeans, khaki, joggers, shorts, pretty much anything and they will look good. If you're new to Lacoste I would give them a try. You're either going to appreciate the quality or you're going to think it's too expensive for what you're getting. I'm wearing cargo jogger pants and a grey Lacoste in this picture. I'm abouts 6 ft and 212 LBS.

Order a size up. I got an xl originally based on size specs. No shot. I ended up going with a xxl and that fit perfectly. I haven’t washed it yet but it’s 100% cotton so it’ll shrink if washed in warmer water or in the dryer. It has a very slimming fit. Color is vibrant. Other than the sizing being off it’s nice

The regular Lacoste polo is far too short and boxy for my long torso, so I order the XXL Slim Fit, which fits more like a US large after washing. The shirts are great. High quality fabric, great colors, classic look — but they do shrink. I have purchased four so far without issue.However, the most recent one I ordered, an orange one, was clearly not new and had been worn. The others I received were brand-new with tags, still in their original packaging. This shirt was washed, shrunk and was folded up in a small ball and without tags.It fits, so I'm going to keep it (especially since it was only $55 rather than the normal $110), but I was expecting a new, unworn product with original packaging and tags.

I really like Lacoste polos. They hold up very well to washing and I have found that the colors don't really fade nearly as much as other brands.The material of this one is nice. I like the texture and find that it feels durable and I like the little bit of textured look. I wouldn't save the quality of the fabric is really miles apart of others though it's good and it's been consistent which is what I'm looking for.The sizing is very consistent. It fits just like the others I have bought over the years.
