The telltale sign that a multivitamin is working well is the results of your bloodwork. I recently got my bloodwork done and all my levels were in normal range…even B12 which I tend to be deficient in. I love the reasonable price and the quantity you get. This is a great product that I highly recommend! Good stuff!

So far so good. I like the price and quantity for a bottle that lasts a whole year. They are a big pills but it’s coated (bonus) and easy to swallow. It has no weird smell or taste and doesn’t upset my stomach. Highly recommend =)

I like this vitamin because it does not upset my stomach. I've tried other vitamins that left me with the upset stomach. I can take this one without having any food in my stomach and I am fine.
