It certainly feel much better. This supports muscle relaxation. It also supports heart, nerve and bone heath. Very important for women who are 50+. But as with any thing you take ask your Pharmacist. Most doctors donโt study nutrition. They get a one hour lecture. Where Pharmacists study all medicine and vitamins and there inter actions with one another. They spend seven years studying nothing but the pharmacology of each medication. It pays to know your Pharmacist.
