Works well and quickly. We keep these on hand for our daughter who often faints after her gym sessions. We carry these with us in our purses and gym bags for emergencies. The texture is a little odd but you get past the texture issue quickly!

from 1;03pm sugar was 55 1;11pm sugars 70 and climbing . id say this works fast and effectively. The taste is great. Istruggled to tear the top open due to hand dexterity issues so I used scissors to cut it open. in an outdoor emergency id use my teeth to tear it open.
