We followed bank instructions to remove prior scanner and install new scanner, but it didn't initially work. So, I jumped the gun and requested a return. Do not buy from this company!!!!! We purchased a check scanner for our office three months ago. It took close to a month to finally receive it. After only using it for a month, it has already stopped working and unable to read checks. We have tried everyday to contact the seller Jarrett Tech and have been unable to speak with anyone. This was supposed to be a brand new machine, and it has stopped working after only a month. Do not buy anything from Jarrett Tech, what a total scam!!

Because we use it in a company, not in a bank, we have some problems with the emitted format of the magnetic band of the checks so that it enters them into our accounting program. this is a pending issuewe'd like to have some helpthank you !
