And no mistake, it's a LOT of baklava! This is a full sheet pan full of this delicious pastry. This freezes well, too -- just take off the packing plastic wrap and freeze the entire pan at once, which fits nicely in the refrigerator freezer. Then place in a Ziploc bag and take out 2 or 3 (or 4, or 6, or 12, or...) as you like. Let it thaw and come to room temp, and you have a moist, delicious treat!It comes well packed, in a sturdy cardboard box, and wrapped thoroughly in plastic wrap. Great product, would (and will!) buy again!

This is my second time buying this. The first time wow huge tray, soft and gooey goodness.Unfortunately this last tray I ordered it came today so dry I couldn’t even attempt to soften it up. I’m so sad cause I just lost the money since you really can’t even eat it cause it’s so dry and more brittle than it is. I was bummed cause the first time it was great.

Great, smaller sized portions in a FULL pan. I keep them frozen, only removing about a dozen at a time. Let them come to room temp and the honey is nice and gooey. The pastry is flaky. I think I may be addicted.

I don't eat any deserts or sweets but I use to buy fresh Baklava in a Greek cafee back in Germany years ago and I had a craving for some. Well this baklava is crisp, flaky, and fresh but it was a little to sweet for me since sweets aren't my norm. Most people will enjoy this nice big tray that is very reasonably priced for the amount of baklava you get. I probably won"t reorder unless I contact the vendor and request a tray with a lot less sugar, which I am sure they would do. One of the main reasons why I chose this brand is it was the only one I saw that listed all the ingredients as non GMO, which is a huge plus nowadays.
