Dogs like them, that is why I ordered them. Unfortunately only 17 were in the box instead of the 24 that were supposed to be there.

The media could not be loaded. So my dog, 13 year old Bichon Shih Tzu, is VERY picky about her bones. She originally loved antlers when she was younger but since has started to turn her nose up to everything.I found these filled munchie sticks at a pet store and bought a few trying to see what she would like. I also bought the stuffed donut item too. She ate that first.As for the stick, she loved it. Took her a few days to get through it since she doesn't sit down in one sitting and plow through it.She seemed to really enjoy it! It was awesome to see her so excited with a bone! I DO NOT leave her alone with any bones due to choking hazard and its not safe. But I can work at home and she can munch on this! She doesn't try to bury it either. She will graciously take it, find a place thats comfortable and chew it.Pros:She loves itDoesnt smell badKeeps her entertained and currently she has had 2 and wants more!Con:Its VERY messy. Thats not a big deal to me since I try to have her eat it on her blanket to keep the mess localized. The throw the blanket into the wash.The small pieces are dry and flaky- hence do not leave your dog alone. Just for safety.Sticky!! As with other bones, they get sticky. If left on the carpet it may I pull carpet fuzz up.Very hard- just isna concern since dogs shouldn't eat hard bones. Again just monitor themI included pictures to show her size and the wrapper of her most recent conquest.Reccomend for even the most pickiest of dogs!Also- I realize the bone looks massive since she is curled up but the big bones take her longer to get through thus equalling a longer fun time/entertainmentPlease note: even packaging discourages you from given this to you dog while on carpet!

I bought the Red Barn filled munchie retriever in peanut butter for my dog - it made her so sick, she threw up 9 times (presumably to get rid of ALL traces in her stomach) and she didn't eat at all the following day. The day after that she had horrible diarrhea. I am NEVER purchasing anything from this brand again!
