I bought these to install in place of an old set and I love them. They installed easily, and the instructions were easy to understand. They function great and the remote is easy to use.

I had such high expectations, but alas it was not to be. The flame size is not adjustable. The heat output is great. The thermostat is awesome... From certain angles it looks good, from other angles it looks very fake indeed. The worse part is that it shuts off after a few minutes of use. We have had a technician come out and look at it, but it still isn't functioning. I would not recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Great set of 24" ventless gas logs from Duluth Forge. Arrived wrapped up tight and factory sealed. Set up is fairly straightforward but you will have to furnish (1) 3/4 NPT -1/2" male flared gas fitting as it is not included. Unit arrived set up for L.P. so that was a plus. Looks great and really puts out some heat. The remote control is definitely a plus as our existing gas logs were manual off/on. Looking forward to many years of service with these logs.

Nice fireplace. Install was fairly straight forward was switching out one that was there. Fire is nice, does throw some good heat. Only complaint is the remote. Easy on/off but if you want to use the thermostat part of it not so easy. Only will set by chance. Wish I could get a different one that had more controls so it was easier to set a temperature and forget it. Otherwise nice.

This is awesome. for the price, and I went with the ventless. Why let all that heat out???? gives off so much heat !!!!!

We operate a guest house on our property where I’ve had a gas log set for the last five years. The original log set went bad and I ordered a new log set from Bolo manufactured byDuluth. It arrived and would not stay lit. Tried multiple things, including calling the manufacturer who suggested I check my gas pressure From my propane tank, which I did after purchasing a gas gauge set up.I Contacted the manufacturer again saying I still could not get the log set to work correctly and I would like to return it for a replacement which they denied saying it was out of the 30 day warranty window. As I said, it is located in our Guest House and we are very busy and I could not intrude on our guests during their stay.Since I wasn’t getting any assistance, I located another log set locally which I purchased and installed, and it operated the very first time I turned it on.I contacted Bolo asking for assistance in returning the log set since I am an Bolo prime member, which in the benefits description describes a 90 day window for returns and assistance. Bolo said they would get back to me which was almost a month ago with no contact.

Super nice. It was easy to assemble and program the remote. Directions were good and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The flame height is perfect. It is a quality insert and worth the money. Frankly put I would buy another one if I had the need.

Nos encantó el producto bastante bueno. Aunque nos llegaron unos troncos ritos. No la regresamos pro que pudimos reemplazarlos. Lo volvería a comprar

Apenas hoy abri la caja y el log 5-1 viene roto, lo instale y no prende, no enciende ni el piloto, necesito regresarlo .
