Ok, not THAT CIA! We took a Hawaiian cooking course at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) that was amazing, and this salt was a featured ingredient. This was the exact brand they had on their shelves so it must be a good representation of this amazing salt as CIA is the BEST. It is delicious, adds an amazing je ne seis quoi to your dishes. This is definitely a IYKYK kind of thing, do yourself a favor and try it!! Great price, thank you Bolo!!!

This is incredible salt. It is even more full of flavor than Mediterranean salt. You also doooon't need much to provide the desired taste. I will definitely buy more in future. The price was reasonable..Ther eis one thing of note. The pink color because of the clay can actually color the food, so if you are making something creamy or otherwise where you do not want a pink hue to be present, use another salt.Thjs is one of the best tasting salts I have EVER... had.

I purchased this product as an additive to add to my drinking water for a natural source of electrolytes because bottled & tap water are removed of electrolytes which means no matter how much water you consume, you are never really hydrated. This stuff has a great taste, color, and value. 2 lbs for $13 is unbeatable. This should last me nearly half of the year if I’m only using it for drinking water. I will definitely be back when I run out.

This salt lives up to its reputation. It is very flavorful and not too salty. It tastes great when placed on a steak (beef or tuna) and then grilled. Even chicken tastes better when it is sprinkled on it.
