I needed a mount for an Apeman C550 dash cam after a windshield replacement. The Apeman company's 'warranty'/'guarantee' isn't worth anything and they will not supply nor sell any replacements. Looking at the specs of this mount, I took a gamble that it would work. It didn't work out of the box but, with a little handiwork (3mm removal on the left and right side from the driver perspective with a Dremel and a very slight filing down of the mounting notch with a thin file to allow the cam to slide on a bit more easily) I was able to make it work.

The picture was so misleading that I thought this comes with two mount

I thought this is a fair value when I saw most of their pictures were showing 2 mounts. When I received it, I realized that in fact it only comes with 1 mount, which is almost like 20% of the price of the new dash cam. Very expensive.
Does not fit dash cam.
Matched my dash cam model to the one it said it matched and it definitely did not fit. Have to get another one now. Not happy :(
