This cookie, or biscuit, as they say in the UK is delicious. They are impossible to find at my local grocery stores. They are available in a 6 pack from Bolo and arrived in a timely manner and in great shape. These are not inexpensive cookies but the price per each is worth it because they are scrumptious! They are made of an oat cookie with dark chocolate coating on one side. Bet ya can't eat just one!

I fell in love with these when I visited England a few years ago. There is a lovely crunch, kind of like a crispy granola bar, bot not so thick or hard on teeth. There is cinnamon, of course, and a subtle vanilla overtone. My husband, who is British and was devoted to his McVite's digestive biscuits (cookies to us Yanks). When I started buying these for myself, he quickly adopted them as his favorites. I seemed odd that he would not have been familiar with them, but he can be a rigid traditionalist about things British. Oh well. I no longer have to order the digestives!

Real dark chocolate over delicious crunchy oaty cookies so you can savor every bite. 40% oats, no preservatives, no added flavorings, no artificial anything. These wonderful cookies are oddly hard to find and sometimes priced at an unreasonable premium, but the key advice is that the chocolate melts easily, so if shipped during warm weather they may arrive all stuck together - best ordered during cool months only.
