Going beyond the gremlins that were born within this engine (Ford you should be ashamed) this product does what it claims. I find easier starts, less engine noise, slight increase in MPG and a bit of confidence that the fuel is being enhanced. Since I plan on driving this one into the ground, every bit of help is appreciated. BTW- if you are willing to invest about $5K into a 6.0 you can go a long ways past the initial problems. Approaching 200K and I have seen 20 mpg on a perfect day. Yes, really.

I read a lot of reviews stating that the mileage would increase, wasn't the case for me. My truck does run quieter and smoother and that is more important to me than adding a mile per gallon.Overall pleased.

I've used this additive in my LLY version of Duramax Diesel since new in 2004.Since USEPA has forced fuel manufacturers to remove sulphur from their blend, the result is a fuel thatcertodes injectors and fuel pumps By adding this product you put the lubrication back into your fuel and improves engine longevityTo date, the truck has well into the 900,000 miles on the clock.I buy this size because it less expensive than the single shots .Half bottle to a 25 gallon fill up and you're golden.
