This and San Francisco Bay are my favorites. Starbucks has fallen far down my list.I checked the price for a resupply today and am very sad to see it is a whopping $22 compared to $13 a few months ago. Tariffs? Am I going to have to wait until Black Friday or Cyber Monday :(

It all started with a search for a trustworthy subscribe-and-save bean—something that wouldn't break the bank or the grinder. I remembered Lavazza from my travels in Italy, where the coffee is good enough to make you question your life choices. So I figured, why not start with the classics?And honestly? It delivers. This medium roast might not be a show-off, but it punches well above its weight class. It’s smooth, balanced, and rich with chocolate notes and a smoky aroma that whispers, not shouts. Most importantly for me—and probably for anyone who’s ever had to pry out gunked-up beans from their grinder with a butter knife—this coffee runs dry and clean. Unlike the wetter beans from Starbucks, Kirkland, Peet’s, and Kicking Horse, these glide through my Thermador like they were made for each other.Sure, the Super Crema is a little more flavorful, but this one wins in the reliability department. And when you're under-caffeinated at 6 a.m., reliability is king. Or at least barista.Bottom line: for the price, flavor, and machine-friendliness, this medium roast Lavazza has earned a permanent slot in my pantry. It might not make me an espresso snob, but it sure keeps me a happy sipper.

This is the “Best” espresso bean hands down! Got an espresso machine for Christmas and 1 bag of these beans! Grind a week’s worth at a time.1- 2,2 lb bag last about 5 weeks and I just ordered and received my 4- 2,2 lb bags.. I fill my reusable Keurig k-cup daily and drink 2- 12 oz cups daily and sometimes an iced one for the road… I’m going to try making cold brew with these beans! Sip and 😊 enjoy

I love this coffee and always buy it. I've seen the price fluctuate between $12-$17 in the last year. It use to always be around $15. I just went to buy it again and they want $22???? That makes me so sad because it really is good coffee.

Im trying to get away from the costs associated with the Nespresso machine. My wife and I have become accustomed to the speed, reliability and taste of Nespresso but the price kept rising and had no intention of stopping.So I picked up a home espresso machine, one of the cheapy ones and this was my first bag of beans, Lavazza. We where immediately hooked. Not to say Nespresso tased bad, but this was soooo much better and the cost per cup was so much better as well. Flash forward about a month or so and we are in costco, we pickup a bag of Kirkland espresso beans and It was good, but now being the connoisseurs we are we could immediately tell the difference and now we are back to Lavazza. We dont care about the cost, it would take something out of this world to get us to switch.

My favorite coffee of all. 1 step above community dark with chicory, it stands as my favorite coffee of all. Lavazza could not sell coffee initially so these bags were 9.99 and the pods were at wally world for 12.00 for 40.Now everyone enjoys lavazza like me...and those prices and gone. I watch and wait. Someday they will be back to their prior low price of 11.99 but I think the 9.99 days are one gone
