This waterproof liner stays in place. The application is so smooth and the thin line makes the appearance your after breathtaking. I love my eyeliner to be thick and black, like my hair. This stuff is awesome. Goes on smooth, thick, dark, and dries pretty quickly. I also notice that it lasts much longer than my previous brand of eyeliner, even when I sweat or wipe my eyes. It doesn't smudge very bad either. Once it dries, it does flake a tiny bit, but not enough to be annoying. I'd definitely recommend.

I was looking for a less expensive replacement to my favorite gel eyeliner by another brand — something for everyday that didn’t cost $40/pencil. And I’ve always found CoverGirl products to work well for my sensitive skin and eyes. So far so good! I have to be a little more careful because it can go on heavy, but overall it’s exactly what I was looking for — goes on with ease and gives me enough time to tighten up my lines before it sets. Also great for those who prefer a subtle smokey eye for day and/or night.

What is up with this pencil?! Terrible. When I purchase it in store, it works like a charm; skinny, dark, and precise. I was excited to find it on Bolo, but the first time I purchased it, it wouldn’t mark on my skin, like barely at all. I thought maybe it was because it sat outside in the cold. Days later, it still didn’t work, I had to press so hard that it hurt my skin and it just crumbled apart and barely made a mark. I decided it must be a fluke so I ordered another - same thing happened, so this product has got to be an Bolo dud. I won’t ever order it again, only going to purchase it in store. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find in store.

I've been using this eyeliner for years and always come back to it. It's incredibly easy to use, smudge-proof, and lasts all day. The thin tip makes it perfect for drawing precise lines, which I love.I only twist the mechanism a little each time—just enough to line each eye—because the liner is quite delicate due to its thinness. But that's not a drawback for me. In fact, the slim design is what allows for such precision.The pigment is beautifully dark, and you really don't need much to get a clean, bold line. A little goes a long way! I highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone looking for something reliable, easy to use, and long-lasting.

This product is certainly super skinny, that’s for sure. It works well, lines are extremely fine, lasts well.The only disappointment is the “winder”, it doesn’t work super smoothly but it does work. I would purchase again.
