Great heating cream
Bought this for easing my menstrual cramps and i'm in awe of how quickly it heats up. The heat stings a little but is effective. Definitely recommend doing a skin test first to see how you tolerate the heat.

Not constant heat levels.
Heat was not constant. Had no effect on the area applied except for random heat ranges. Disappointed. Tried to use all of the heat in hopes for good results. But I didn’t get it.
Unbearable itching!
Seems more concentrated in this formula, you can definitely feel the heat but the itching that comes along with it is absolutely unbearable.

I actually ran across "Deep Heat" while reading Patrick Taylor's books about two Irish doctors, Drs. O'Reilly and Laverty. Great books, by the way. Saying that, I have had back issues since I was in 5th grade when I fell rolling skating and now I'm in my late, late 70's. I have fallen through the years and most recently on Mother's Day. This is the only pain cream I will use now. Nothing compares to it. I just purchase my third roll on. That's the way to go. A little more expensive, but more efficient. I like how you get instant heat. It is so soothing. I had an acupuncturist tell me to keep my joints warm. Deep Heat certainly does the trick. Love this stuff. Thanks.Bolo for offering it.

Test this on a small area of skin and wait five to ten minutes before using on a larger area. I don't know how well it reduces muscle aches, because the sensation of heat got so intense that I had to wash it off after a few minutes.
