The probe is very accurate and responsive. Calibration was also simple. The one thing that really impressed me was their customer service. It was superb.

Previously we were working on the European market and used modules and sensors from local dealers such as bosch, had no issues for years. Recently we opened our branch in LA and launched our production, so we decided to try local dealers and our first choice was Atlas. I ordered 2 complete sets of EC Ph flow and temp meters with all the parts necessary and immediately faced problems like missing minor components, or some parts require adaptors not mentioned anywhere to be able to work etc. So it took another effort to get all the missing parts and finish the assembly. And now we got another problem - one of two EC circuits stopped working one day after the launch, it just doesn't send data, if it's replaced by the other circuit it works so we definitely know it's a hardware problem of Atlas' product. What we got eventually is that they regret replacing this unit because of the 30-day policy, excuse me but we were not able to launch our new project because you simply missed a bunch of stuff and deliberately didn't list all the necessary parts to be purchased to make it all work and it took time from your side to send the parts. Guys, even Aliexpress offers 75 days warranty for any of sold components from their dealers, not to mention Bosch with their superior support program. Right now we left with a 2-3k worth of equipment looking for another dealer for our needs.
