The 60803 is a 1. 5" ratchet aluminum telescopic wand which can be appropriately sized to fit the user. 43" when fully compressed the 60803 ratchets at 1 inch intervals to a maximum length of 58". By sizing the wand to fit the height of the user the 60803 telescopic s-wand keeps the tool at the perfect angle to the cleaning surface to insure best cleaning results. Unlike cam lock wands the 60803 will not lock up or slide out of position when pressure is applied to the cleaning nozzle. The ABS compression collar works with both 1. 5" and 1. 5625" commercial floor tools. The collar is durable, shatter proof, and will not be effected by cleaning chemicals like some metal collars. Made in Italy the light weight 60803 is ideal for use with back pack vacuums, wet-dry vacuums, and dry vacuums. Compares very favorably and interchanges with most OEM telescopic s-wands including the popular 106290.

We purchased this to replace the standard wand that is included in the Proteam HEPA backpack vac. MUCH more efficient on the worksite than the slip/compression wand that comes with the proteam kit! We perform many detailed structure cleanings (ceilings, walls, floors). This wand extends & retracts much nicer when working with gloves!

I have a Hoover backpack vacuum and it came with a bended wand that is pretty long. There were times when I wanted something shorter and I discovered this Cen-tec telescoping S-wand. It fits my vacuum hose perfectly and I can adjust the length any time while I vacuum so I can get into smaller areas or reach for large areas. I am so pleased with this wand. The wand opening is 1 1/2 inches so make sure to measure your vacuum wand to see if it's the same size.
