I use this in my Keto bread recipe. It has a nice buttery taste and consistency. I will be purchasing this product again if I run out.

As a butter lover the idea of reconstituting this into butter and spreading on top of bread or baked potato is almost offensive. But I love having Judee's butter powder in my pantry for moments I don't have or don't want to use real butter for mashed potatoes or midnight microwave mug cakes. The quality and taste of the butter is quite mediocre, so it works best mixed in baked good for me, it adds a nice moistness.I tried just for the experiment to reconstitute butter... the taste is milky and creamy, OK, but not something I would describe as tasty. I would take it for a long backpacking trip.The powder in itself is quite salty, so you have to adjust recipes to account for that.The packaging Judee's brand has for it's powder products annoys me greatly; the zip closure doesn't seal weal and most times breaks after a couple of uses. I've learned my lesson by now and always transfer the products in a separate container.

I've never got around to mixing some up and just trying it spread on a slice of bread, but it's good for cooking with and for long term storage. Two Thumbs up.

Perfect to grab in am emergency to make up a batch of butter, fantastic flavor, love spreading it on fresh baked bread. Actually look forward to running out of butter to have an excuse to use this instead. There is a slight grainy texture, but I don't think it detracts from the quality of this product.Highly recommend.

I ordered this as an easy way to flavor to popcorn. Unfortunately, the flavor just isn't what I expected. Namely, a salted butter flavor. Instead, I'd describe the flavor as a (very) bland sweet butter.I'll give it to my daughter-in-law to see if she can use it for baking.
