I bought this just to play around with during jam sessions. This is definitely not for professional or stage use. But it's definitely not a bad tambourine either! The jingles are quite loose. If there's a way to tighten them up a bit, I just haven't found out how yet, but that would most likely make this tambourine sound better & much more clean without so much reverb. It's super inexpensive though so, I would recommend it to anyone who wants 1 for what I'm using it for &/or for beginners. The handle grip is very nice & gives you a secure fit even for people with large or chunky hands. The red color is super cool looking too! Overall, I'm happy with my purchase & will buy again if need be!

I have returned a couple of other tambourines because they did not sound authentic. This one does. It works great and is fairly lightweight. I would recommend.
