Very flavourful bone broth, packed with tons of protein. It’s unsalted too which is nice if you’re trying to watch your sodium intake, or adding a bunch of this to a larger dish that may not need that much salt. Long expiration date too, and the Tetra Pak it comes in is thick and sturdy. Just wish it was a bit cheaper…

This is a wonderful product. Tasty. Packed with delicious protein, no fat, no cholesterol.HOWEVER, Bolo insists on shipping it in a way-too-big box and probably 1/3 of the time, some of the quarts are ruptured. Some catastrophically, some with leaks that spoil the contents. I have found that i have to unpack each new case and lay it on my counter on towels overnight to see if any are leaking. This last case, #66, came thru fine. The last case, I lost six of the quarts to leak/spoilage. Sadly, i was "ahead" and didn't check them until after 30 days had passed, so I got no refund. My bad. ADDENDUM. Even though I did the overnight drip test, pictured above, one of the boxes had an undetected tiny leak and spoiled. "Good" boxes are skinny and a tiny bit shrunken into themselves. The spoiled box was poochy. The bone broth was foamy and stinky. Nonetheless, I will keep ordering it. Bolo refunds the whole box if any are broken, and if it is less than 30 days since delivery, so even if some are broken, I get X good ones for free. 66 cases and counting.

Although I am already a fan of Pacific soups and broths, I was still pleasantly surprised by the superior taste of this product. I diluted it somewhat (about 1 cup water to 2.5 cups broth), added freeze-dried green onions, a little pepper, and frozen pork and veggie wonton dumplings. Garnished with fried wonton strips, it was an excellent and satisfying meal. I can envision additional creations using this product.

I hate it when I open a carton and the spout breaks or the foil doesn't open. Never had an issue with these. It tastes little gamey but it should and no salt unlike most broths that are loaded. Good source of low cal protein! I add veges and some cut chicken breast for a healthy post workout meal! Doesn't turn sour quickly either!
