They come in little banded bundles which helps take the guess work out of trying to figure out how much to use, and each package comes with quite a bit. You definitely get your money’s worth. It only takes 3 minutes in boiling water to cook and a little drizzle of oil will keep the ramen from sticking together until they are ready to have shoyu-style or other broth poured on top of them in your ramen bowls. They are quite filling. They will take on the flavor of your broth, yet still have their own taste too, if that makes sense. You’ll never want to go back to those cheap crinkled squares with the little seasoning packets again with how easy it is to make authentic ramen.

These are my favorite Ramen noodles and I haven't been able to find them locally in years. I am so happy to know I can order them here!!! They have a wonderful texture and do not become soggy. Each bundle is the perfect portion for a good bowl of ramen and they cook very quickly. Cook each bundle separately but keep an eye on the pot because the water can become foamy and boil over.

These noodles are very good. They actually seem to take on some of the flavor of the broth that they are cooked in. They get a perfect al dente taste in just a few minutes of cook time.

Read the title. It's like buying dry pasta from the pasta section of the grocery store, only you know you're using it to make noodle soup of a Japanese persuasion. It's definitely better than cooking with packs of instant noodles, and it cooks about the same time as a premium packet of rameyon, 4 minutes, but you're left with something that gives you authentic mouthfeel. It should be springy, shouldn't leave your dish tasting distinctly oily, and with pre-portioned servings, you just boil what you need, save the rest of your ingredients, and plate enough to serve your guests.

The first thing to say is these are NOT! repeat NOT! instant noodles. They are fantastic delicious noodles made from totally normal healthy ingreedients and taste divine.However if you treat them like instant noodles and just put them in some boiled water and try to eat them, they WILL taste vile and make you wanna barf. They are saturated with dry flour and need to be boiled and rinsed. Once you have done that they are amazing. 5/5 no complaints once you read the package. I had a user error that lead me astray but I am on the path now.

These noodles are perfect for any recipe! I use them for ramen and other seafood dishes and the taste and texture are exactly what I like. The file is a little pricey but worth it.

Good Portion size in individual paper tapes.

the best ramen, especially if you aren't in Japan

If you are missing Japan and would like a taste of ramen, this is the right noodle. It is good consistency and pairs well with dashinomoto seasoning (need to purchase separately). I have not used them to make authentic ramen, just simple hot noodles with broth. This seller also sells soba noodles, which are made of buckwheat. Both are fantastic. the item is authentic.

I've been buying these for a year now and so far still haven't seen better one on UK market. The flavour is unique and authentic. I use it for ramen. Perfect fit. Price wise better than what local stores have to offer.

I usually buy these ones because even in my local Asian store, they only sell organic UK-made ramen which is actually more expensive than these ones.I was so shocked when I tried these for the first time. They were so buttery. So different from the Shanghai noodles I tend to use for noodle soups.
