This product was recommended by Dr. Shereene Idriss, a board-certified dermatologist based in New York. I use it on my neck and any other extremely dry areas, and it helps to visibly smooth out the texture and fine lines of my neck. I'm 50, so those pesky lines are creeping up. It's not a permanent solution (not like microneedling or other laser treatments), but it is a supplemental resource to help in the day-to-day moisturization of my skin. I would repurchase.

I originally left z as negative review because the pump didn’t work. Figured out if you depress the pump, put your finger over the hole, and let it rise up it auctions the product up and the pump will then work. That said, the product itself is nice, feels good on my dry skin.

this is the cream that works for me as a women of color. I have eczema prone skin and during the summer months my flare ups get really bad on my arms and my forehead. I was using CeraVe (which I still use on my arms and body) and was researching to find out the causes of my skin issues and I listen to a dermatologist who specializes in skin care for people of color and she recommended Cetraben Cream ❤️❤️❤️❤️.The bottle is small but it’s thick and a little goes a long way, I only use it at night because of the thickness and I will be buying it again.

I am so frustrated. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. The pump doesn’t work and not eligible for return. This feels like straight up snake oil. Shame on you, Bolo, for continuing to sell this product.

Handy sized dispenser

I like how it only dispenses the correct amoung so less wastage. The cream itself absorbs quickly and does help with the dry skin on my feet but like anything the results are good with consistent application.

Takes a lot of effort initially for it to work
Since washing my hands constantly with harsh soap supplied at work and using antibacterial hand gel, my hands especially my knuckles, back of hand and wrists have been sore, severely dry to the point that my skin was wrinkled and cracked. I have tried lots of different creams but I ordered this after seeing it advertised and it helped straightaway. It feels rather greasy initially but soaks in quickly and my hands feel more moisturised and not as sore. The only downside is it takes a couple of minutes pumping the top for it to work and cream for come out. I initially thought it was broken.
