Knowing it’s made with grassfed dairy and organic pasta gives me peace of mind about serving it to my kids—it feels like a healthier indulgence. The texture is perfect, and it cooks up quickly in about 10 minutes, making it ideal for busy weeknights. However, I’m disappointed to see aluminum (in the form of sodium phosphate) and silicone (as silicon dioxide) listed in the ingredients. These additives detract from the otherwise clean, organic profile, and I’d prefer a formulation without them, especially for a product marketed as natural. Despite this, the taste and quality are excellent, and my kids love it. I’ll keep buying it for its organic, grassfed credentials but hope Annie’s considers removing those additives in the future. Still a solid choice for a quick, tasty meal!
