Kefir delivered cold a couple days after ordering in an insulated package. I will order again so long as seller’s value pricing continues to make sense.

I have bought Lifeway Whole Milk ... also Lifeway Non-Fat ... but I definitely prefer the Whole Milk Kefir There is a tremendous taste difference between the two as well as the health benefits. Whole Milk comes in different flavors however I prefer the Plain. People say the Whole Milk Kefir is too expensive. I say it's worth the cost, you get what you pay for no matter what you are purchasing ! "GO LIFEWAY" :) :)

Best available Kefir in USA.Coming from EU where there is much more Kefir variety, but this is the best available Kefir in USA.Excellent for metabolism and digestive problems.Applause to the seller who made product well protected/isolated so the package arrived cold.Bought pack of six....all taste deliciousWill buy again...
