Keep in mind that when your body uses energy oxidants are produced and you must use the proper antioxidants such as PQQ ( Pyrroloquinoline Quinone ) along with vitamins C, A, E, CoQ10 ubiquinol at 300mg daily and everything that your mitochondria need in order to fight free radical scavengers or oxidants before they wreak havoc on our mitochondria because taking this product calls for you addressing the protective needs of your mitochondria or you will get a stuffy head feeling because of just too many oxidants being produced as a result of having more adenosine triphosphate in your system. I think that one-third of a capsule is more a comfortable dose for those of you who are not with the full understanding of nutrient synergy as I am and who are not seriously involved in a rigorous exercise regimen as you should be. This Swanson product is excellent but it requires all other nutrients, hormones, and antioxidants for its full potential to be realized. I will always buy this particular ATP product because it is the best in the west as far as I am concerned and that is saying a lot and a mouth full because I am an elite in the understanding of supplementation and I am second to none because I have mastered the understanding of such a thing. I am now writing a grand book on health that is unlike anything anyone has ever achieved or accomplished.

Take these in the morning! I was taking them to help rejuvenate me after quitting drinking, and now that I just had spinal surgery I am taking them to keep the current double rate of healing. I’m at a week and 4 days post-op after a double ACDF on C5-7 and I am already back to doing chores, off the pain meds, driving myself, and the wound is completely healed; the nurse on my followup today was astonished! Need to keep that engine supplied with intermittent shots of NOS. The effect is short lived but it will kick your ass into gear with a cup of coffee in the morning! I did some research and there is supportive evidence that there might actually be a benefit if you take a potent enough dose to circulate through dogestion. Some of it does not break down and it gets absorbed i to the bloodstream. Now what is not certain is whether the ATP is allowed to be introduced externally and be allowed to pass into your cellular membranes for use as if it did come as an extra fire from the mitochondria.

Today I must say, this item taken 1 capsule daily, as per recommended, actually works to restore motivation to get er done! I had been looking into some OTC supplements that would address motivation and I have found it! I would recommend it to my little friend.

This did not upset my stomach at all, however I think it has been causing me bouts of dizziness/lightheadedness and one bad vertigo spell. I just noticed this morning I was feeling a break in this constant dizziness this morning over breakfast - then I took one pill (ATP) - and about 30 mins. later the head-swimming feeling was back...I think I figured out the culprit! I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now and have not noticed any change in my energy levels or muscle burning pain - another one bites the dust!

I love this stuff. I noticed my energy levels increased tremendously. You have to take it in the morning. I sleep in so my cut off is around 2 pm. If not you will be awake all night. It does give you energy so taking it later only to complain about insomnia is a kerfuffle. My one disappoint is that you cant find it anywhere, unless you want to be a victim of price gouging.
