I always for years used Milnot for a cheese cake. But back in 2016 the U.S. FDA forced the manufacturer to reformulate with soy oil which causes Milnot not to whip/peak so my cheese cake did not come together right. I found PEAK and just tried it today, making sure the can was in the frig overnight and the metal bowl was in the freezer for at least 30min. It peaked as the previous product always had and my cheese cake came out as it should have. Will be ordering another 4 cans so I will have them on hand for the holiday season (2022).

Good quality product but too expensive for milk. I will not buy anymore, I will stick to the American made evaporated milk which is much cheaper and tastes same as this product. Gave it a 4 star because of the price.

I love this product! It is delicious. Condensed milk does tend to be delicious just by definition, removing the water and leaving a denser mix of cream and milk sugars. But this product seems to taste particularly rich and the color is downright beautiful. It is a healthy golden orange that I tend to associate with healthy, grass fed cows. I cannot say for sure since I did not grow the cows nor did I research if they are grass-fed but it would seem from the product that they are or at least well attended. Peak is manufactured by a Dutch milk cooperative and their other products are just as rich and delicious. I have taken to mixing this into my protein shakes (small amounts), coffee and desserts. It is a healthy treat and treat it is!

I've purchased this three times now and I have never had an issue with the "spoiling" of the milk. I also remain unconvinced by that sentiment considering this is canned evaporated milk. It really lasts long, the only time it is bound to spoil is after opening (refrigerate it). I grew up using it in tea and oatmeal and it has a distinct irresistible flavor. Apparently the powdered version is popular but I am less fond of using it for the purposes I listed. The only thing I would take issue with here is the price. However, this is the only place I have been able to find it online and it isn't sold in my area, so I am stuck with that.

Three out of the 4 cans that I received were dented. They were packaged carefully and the shipping box was not damaged, so the cans were in this condition when shipped. Other buyers noticed same problem. The milk is good, but it's very expensive. The company refunded a portion of my purchase price, but I won't buy again since the price is just a little high for damaged items.
