Great taste and mixes well. I've been using this brand for years and have no complaints. It does contain ace-k and sucralose, but that's the trade off for having something that tastes good with low carbs. There's no real way to tell if it's any better than any other protein powder or just eating regular food, but it's an easy way to quickly get some protein after lifting.

I love Syntha-6 and it's been my primary protein supplement for over ten years. This review is just to warn everyone that my particular order was sourced from Next Gen Nutrition and it wasn't even received by UPS until FOURTEEN DAYS after I paid for it. I've received packages faster at deployed military bases overseas. Don't be like me; support your local nutrition stores or find a version of this that's sold and ships from Bolo.

Normally do the Optimum nutrition protein (vanilla because its the most mild for wife's stomach). But saw this and gave it a shot due to the price difference:ON 5lb=$60Syntha 3=$40When it arrived, I realized the scoops were different sizes (idiot), and I went back to do the math to see if it was cheaper and made a spreadsheet:Basically it came out to 3 cents per g of protein for Syntha and 4 cents per g of protein for ON. Not that big of a deal, but when you factor in the calories (120ON vs 200Syntha) and Carbs (3 ON vs 15 Syntha) it really makes a big difference.Having said all of that, the protein is really good and its doing its protein things, I just should have done a little more research.

This protein powder is soooooooo damn good. It literally taste like a bowl of melted ice creme. Well at least the Vanilla flavor does. I cannot speak for the other flavors as I have not tried those. But I can vouche for the Vanilla flavor. It is just way too good.Now the only con I give for this review is that the calories could be a little high. I usually do 2 scoops for my shake. Well each scoop is 200 calories. So between the whole milk or unsweetened almond milk, my shake can be around 560 calories. Otherwise I highly recommend this protein Powder. It is great.

Great taste and mixes well. I've been using this brand for years and have no complaints.
