It’s not that sweet, like sugar cane for example, but it’s perfect for my morning coffee. The texture it’s not uniform like the other brand that I bought, but I like the flavor better than the other. The granular sugar it’s also powdered when you look at the whole bag, but again, something about the flavor, it’s more enticing to me, than the other used.

For 4 years I’ve been on the fence. Why was I afraid to try? I’m absolutely in love! I follow Mary’s Nest on YouTube. For years she’s been telling me this was the best. I’m a true believer now. My prepper pantry is starting to grow. One bag fits nicely in a 64oz wide mouth mason jar, but my husband opened my backup bag. So I will use that for a bit then top off my pantry jar.

I do think this is slightly overpriced. The taste however is good and rich. I do think the granules are too large though. In a hot liquid like tea they dissolve but putting this in a batter is more difficult. The granules are much larger than your typical sugar crystal. They are more the size of quinoa.

Just wanted to share with the warehouse this product was stored in or packaged for delivery. The product arrived damaged (stuck together and ROCK hard) due to probability of moisture seeping in, the packaging was damaged at some point. Due to being a sugar product, it needs to handle in a way as not to cause creases or puncture holds to the outer package. I love this product and have had successful deliveries in the past. This one however, not so good. Useable but I had to use a hammer to break up the huge clumps of sugar. Now it's powder and not the nice crystals I like. Thank you.
