The creaminess of the Rigoni Di Asiago Mielbio Italian Raw and Creamy Honey, in a delightful floral orange blossom is excellent, and the taste is supreme. The aroma is outstanding, and a small amount goes a long way. Very few honeys meet this combination of flavor, spreadability, and quality consistency. You won't have crystallization with this; you may see a little separation in the jar which is quickly absorbed when stirred. I recommend using a honey spool or spoon in wood so you get the most from its nutrients. I have ordered this honey continuously for years, and often give it as part of a gift to others, it''s that good.

Delicious...if that is a good word to describe honey! WARNING: it does arrive very granular - thick, sugar-like consistency. Need to heat the bottle carefully in the microwave to get it back to a smooth consistency. I had to do that about 3 times. Once clear then stir it for a while. Worth the effort.....delicious light tasting honey.

Very good honey. It is organic, and it is in a glass jar (no plastic). It is a little more expensive, but it is from Italy. I think it's worth the cost. I have just been eating it on toast, with lots of butter. It is delicious. I have not tried their other flavors yet. I read through the descriptions of each type and thought this flavor sounded like something I would like.

For Acacia Honey— the save and subscribe price was $13.74 (pre-tax) in May of 2025. In June 2025, the save and subscribe price was $14.96 (pre-tax). Now, in August of 2025, this company wants to charge a save and subscribe price of $21.64 (pre-tax)??? No!!!!! I've cancelled my subscription for Acacia Honey.I'll buy their cheaper honey versions until they come down on this absurd price. Once the price is regulated, I'll change this review score. Otherwise, this honey is great overall. The Italian Alps is different, but nice. It has a very bold flavor, but good. With Acacia Honey, you can use it for anything, it's very versatile. They are all glass bottles and tin lids. USDA certified organic and non-gmo. I would give this 5 stars, but not for double the price in a few months. Perhaps Acacia is a seasonal thing??? Regardless, I refuse to buy it at this price! So I opted for this Forest Honey and Orange Blossom honey as it's more reasonable at this time.

Pricey for my busget but what an amazing treat! This is a good quality Acacia. It was crystallized, but that does not affect the quality, unless you mean it for a drizzle... then just warm the jar in water and you'll be fine.

Italian acacia is superb honey when fresh, but this arrived completely crystallized, which might not be an issue if you mainly use honey to sweeten your tea. I just don’t like the idea that this honey sat in a warehouse for a year before shipment. You can’t return honey, so I’ll order Breitsamer next time—which never arrives crystallized.

同じメーカーの百花蜜がお気に入りで、こちらも気になっていてレビューを参考に購入皆さん仰って下さった通り、底からよくかき混ぜ使うのがベストです百花蜜と比べると苦味が強いですが、ジンジャー等のスパイスを入れてホットドリンクにすると苦味というより深い味わいとなり、スパイス系との相性が良く甘すぎない美味しいのが出来上がります個性が強い分、好みが分かれると思いますが他にない深みのある甘さと苦味は、癖になるなぁと感じて、毎日ホットで愛飲中ただただ甘い蜂蜜を求めている方には不向きかなと思いますこの個性的な味わいをどう楽しもうかなと思えるタイプの方にはおすすめです

蜂蜜はこのブランドを良く買っています。癖がないし、おいしいですね。チーズにもちょうどいい、邪魔にならない味。成分表示では、炭水化物のみ。タンパク質を含みません。
さらっとしているのに、濃密な風味
スプーンに取ると、なかなか下に垂れた蜜の糸が引かない感じの、さらりとした感じなのに、味はこっくりした風味で、見た目も黒蜜みたいだけど、そんな感じじゃないかと思っています。なかなか出会いがないので、見たら、つい買ってしまいます。
