This freezer was just the right size to put next to a kitchen counter. It came well-packaged and was ready to use with no dents, etc. Getting the plug out was a bit confusing, but a bit of force opened the lid (where it says 'Open Here') on the back of the freezer. It's working well and holding a lot of food. We are very happy with it.

I ordered the 7 Cubic Feet first, that came all dented up and 1 leg missing. So I ordered the smaller 5 Cubic Feet. It arrived dent free, it is a great size for 2 people and runs very quiet. Good price, took a bit longer to arrive. My only complaint is that the defrost drain is very low to the floor and you can not hook up a hose to run it outside. So I ordered a shallow pan and chamois for when I have to defrost. Will keep fingers crossed this works. The pan looks perfect for the job. I also ordered an alarm in case it stops working I can get my food out.

We needed freezer space to take over for a much-vaunted side by side refrigerator with a freezer drawer. This freezer is compact, nice design, uses a manageable amount of power and preserves our food. Good product.

Runs great and pretty well made for $229… But just like most reviews there was some cosmetic damage. It seams that the items are being dropped or set roughly as the bottom corners were wrinkled on one side. I used a rubber mallet to smooth some of it out, but you can still see some kinks on it. It was for the garage, so it really didn’t matter as long as the door seals well and it works well. I wouldn’t recommend for somewhere that is on display. The risk of damage is too great. It is really quiet and cooled rapidly.

I love it so far. Way bigger than I thought. Holds so much food. I love this freezer. I live alone so this unit saves me money being able to buy small bulk in reasonable portions.This is the BEST money I spent for taking care of me.I totally recommend this unit, I have not one bad thing to say.As with all appliances the packaging can be a challenge. This unit is not so bad. One .big black leaf bad will fit in recycling. Unit is clean simple to use and totally energy efficient.BEST BUY FOR MY NEEDS, no more freezer burn 😎no more tossing good foodBolo carried up my stars and put in my kitchen. My 5.0 cubic feet freezer arrived in excellent condition, worked well right away. As it only had one basket I bought 3 more to easily freeze the food I need. It’s quite spacious for my needs.

THIS PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL. GOOD SIZE. COMES WITH SMALL BASKET. VERY QUIET MOTOR. BEING THAT THE TEMP CONTROL IS IN THE FRONT MAKES CLEANING EASIER. THERE IS A PORT WITH A PLUG TO UTILIZE WHEN YOU DEFROST 2X YEAR. MAKES DRAINING RINCE WATER VERY EASY TO EXIT. THE CHEST FREEZER IS REALLY LIGHT WEIGHT.. WELL WORTH THE PRICE. ALSO NO SWEATING ON THE EXTERIOR ON HUMID SUMMER. WE WILL DEFFENETLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT.
