I usually cook for myself and my daughter.Been cooking for many years.I love garlic and know how good it is for me.But I rarely buy or use it, due to mess.Have to peal each one, smash or chop.Always my hands sticky, smell of garlic 🧄.Clean up garlic skins and wipe down cutting board.I just just found this product on Bolo.Decided to get chopped garlic, not mashed.Opened and used heaping tablespoon this morning.It was perfect, saved so much time and mess.I put olive oil in skillet, diced whole onion.Added heaping amount of garlic from jar.Cooked Italian sausages, seasonings.Added jar of a good quality Vodka sauce.Plus water in jar, shook up for remaining sauce in jar.Added box of Penne pasta, let it simmer for about one hour in sauce mixture.Penne pasta cooked, picked up flavor of rich sauce.This chopped garlic product so easy to use.Just take out of refrigerator, open, spoon desired amount.I will definitely be buying this again.The chopped pieces are small too.I probably would not want minced garlic.Chopped is perfect and goes a long way.Jar is quite large, very affordable $5.00.
