good taste.But it one is trying to make Indian sweets like "Gajak", "til Ka laddu", it does not work well. Okay to add in say your tea or other sweet dishes as sweeter.

Good quality Jaggery
I feel it's a good quality Jaggery powder because it's an export quality. And as per living in gulf I know whatever is export quality has to be best as Gulf do not allow any adulterated food products. The only doubt I have why is it so light color, I prefer dark jaggery powder but this also seems good.
