With a waist measurement of 35 inches, choosing between M and L sizing is tricky. These sleep shorts in Medium are perfect for me, and fit without needing to use the drawstring to adjust them. They're comfortable and well-constructed. The elastic waistband is wide and substantial, as well, and it seems like it won't stretch out like some others I've experienced. They also are great on warn summer nights.
