I either use both the discs and period panties or one or the other. I am extremely satisfied. I don't typically leave reviews. The discs are very comfortable for me. I have attempted to use the reusable disc and cups and they always move. For a woman who is extremely active, these work so well.

I finally caved and bought a menstrual cup after years of hearing how “life-changing” it is. And listen… at first, it was life-changing — as in, I genuinely thought my life was over when I couldn’t get it out the first time. I saw my ancestors.BUT… once I got the hang of the fold-pop-wiggle-remove routine (yes, there is a routine), this thing became my monthly ride-or-die.Pros:- Holds more than my will to deal with people.- No more running to Target like it's a code red fire drill.- Low-key makes me feel like a responsible adult who recycles and makes appointments.Cons:- Learning curve is very real. I had to Google things I didn’t even know I had.- If you have nails, may the odds be ever in your favor.Tips from your internet friend:Try it at home first. Not at work. Trust me.You will question your anatomy. It’s fine. You’re fine. Give yourself grace!Now I’m that person who recommends it to everyone like I’m part of a secret club. Cup life chose me. Would I die for her? Probably not. But would I take her on a weekend trip and brag about how low-maintenance she is? 100%. No more cancerous cotton for me 🤪

These are amazing I will never use anything else now, they work great are easy to empty without changing if needed. They are so comfortable and better than tampons, pads, or cups. I had terrible cramps with cups they were so uncomfortable for me I will never use them again. No issues with the discs!

This is the first time I’ve used something like this, only having used pads and tampons. I have PCOS and have heavy bleeding for months at a time and this is a life changer!! I ruined so many underwear and pants by bleeding through pads and tampons are uncomfortable and I’m paranoid of toxic shock syndrome. With this disc, it looks intimidating to put in but it’s super easy. To make sure it’s in the right spot I do a couple kegels. To remove it, I push like going #2 and grab the edge with my pointer finger. The fact that it self empties when you push while going to the bathroom is amazing too. I did use a liner just in case and depending on how heavy I was bleeding a tiny bit of light leakage happened but didn’t happen frequently. I wish I knew about these years ago. You won’t regret getting these!! Once I finish this pack I’m getting the reusable one

Still figuring these out. I wore a reusable pad in addition my first try. Got me through my heavy day with minimal spotting. The autodump is a nice thing (thanks body). I changed the disc out for sleeping and did have a bit of leakage. Maybe from not peeing in the night and having some autodump? I have noticed a little bit of pain/pressure against my pubic bone and some with my bladder. I am hoping this is just needing to adjust the positioning yet I fear it might be that it is just too big.The pressure is uncomfortable and a bit painful. Something to be aware of for different bodies. I hope to find position that alleviates this or maybe a different disc for this thing is great in comparison to other thingsI have tried for my heavy flow days.

First time using these and they are a game changer. I have been using tampons since I was 16. Never again. The first time use was a breeze, no different than inserting a tampon. I sat on the toilet, took a deep breath, then inserted the halfed disc as I exhaled making sure to relax my pelvic muscles. I used my index finger the make sure the disc was tucked under my pubic bone to prevent leakage.This is day 2 of my period, usually one of my heaviest days. I will update this review when it's over with.So far, I am very optimistic.

On my second day! Easy to use and place, got it right first try. Emptied while peeing and easy to also remove /replace. Wish I would have bought these years ago - no more tampons or pads, no spotting and no irritation!

Not to be dramatic, but these are life changing! They have completely changed the game for me, and I recommend them to women all the time. My periods improved in every way when I switched from popular name brand tampons to non-toxic, organic cotton ones… but they improved even more once I made the switch to these discs. They seriously make my life so much easier during the week that used to be hell for me. They may take some getting used to, but I promise they are worth it! I wish I had these 15+ years ago.

Für leichte Tage oder unerwartete, für unterwegs praktisch. Ansonsten habe ich aber eine aus Silikon die etwas kleiner ist vom Ring Durchmesser und daher besser passt und auch auslaufsicher ist und wiederverwendbar.Aber für den Notfall ist es das beste Einweg Produkt was ich kenne!

Too big, really painful
I don't understand why these come as 1 size fits all. If you have a diaphragm fitted they come in all different sizes. Other brands sell different sized discs. These are 7cm across, which is listed as a large, post childbirth size by other brands.It was so painful, honestly. I don't know why they're promoting this idea that your vagina is essentially numb inside. I mean dildos wouldn't be so popular if that was the case, would they??I feel like this is just more patriarchal b/s and this is just a rubbish product that is marketed to women for profit without taking women's/female bodied People's actual lived needs into account.Very disappointed
