I'm feeling really disappointed that TBS is no longer available in the USA, particularly in Nebraska. I used to love being able to visit their stores, and their products are truly top-of-the-line. Unlike many other brands, TBS products work wonders for me, and the scents are absolutely wonderful without being overpowering or triggering my migraines. One of my absolute favorites is the OLIVE scent. It's fresh, clean, and just the right amount of intensity. The body butter is incredibly moisturizing without leaving any greasy or sticky residue, and the fact that it's vegan is just the cherry on top!

I purchased this body butter several times because it is so soothing on very dry skin. After being in the elements outside, it feels like a spa treatment to use it. I also like the fragrance, which seems milder than many other products that I’ve tried. I use it on very dry skin…rather sparingly (1-2times per week)…and a container lasts several months for me. It is thick, but not oily, sticky feeling. It absorbs into the skin. I’ve used it on legs,arms, and torso…not my face.

Although it wasn't my top choice, I have to admit that it does its job well in terms of moisturizing and keeping my hands soft and smooth. The strawberry scent isn't as powerful or sweet as I had hoped, but it's decent for what it is.

As you can see on the left (which is the old product) I clearly LOVED their body butter and used every bit of it. I noticed they changed the packaging, which is fine, I actually like the new style better, it looks a lot nicer. However I immediately noticed that the smell was odd, I thought it was just because I got a different scent, but you can barely smell the strawberry, it mostly smells like unscented candle wax. I thought maybe when I put it on it would be different, but nope it's very strong and my husband even noticed and said "What is that smell? It smells like really old, expired lotion." Also when applying it, I had to really dig at it to even get some out and even when warming it up by rubbing my hands together, it still is very hard to apply. The consistency is literally like if you mixed lotion with wax. It even left my body really sticky, and I put it on before bed, it is still sticky to where my clothes are clinging to my skin half way through the next day, and I still smell like unscented candle wax. You can see in the second picture the comparison in the texture of the old formula on the left and the new one on the right. I will obviously be returning this, especially because I don't like how hard I had to rub it in and it was tugging and pulling on my skin which obviously isn't good for preventing future wrinkles. I'm really really bummed about this, because I have never loved a body butter so much I that I actually used the ENTIRE tub, so now I have to go on the hunt to find a new unicorn.

This product looks like the original Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Body Butter, and the feel is about 90% there. But the smell is definitely not Pink Grapefruit. Maybe it's a knockoff?
