Just looking at the price of individual boxes of the vitamin makes the bulk pack an amazingly economical option. My mom hates taking tablets so she complains that they are a little too big and it's hard to swallow but if you are used to taking vitamins they shouldn't be difficult to swallow. Nonetheless, they seem to work well because she said she feels better and makes sure to take them everyday.
