I now have over 160,000 miles on my DuraMax. I've had zero injector issues. I've used Stanadyne since 30,000 miles when I was beginning to hear missing. Since then I put Stanadyne in every tank. It not only cured the injector issues of the time, I have had no issues at all with the drive train of the DuraMax since, and I'm still towing 10,000 pounds plus most of the time. I will put Stanadyne in my DuraMax until one or the other of us drop dead. Don't hold your breath.

Put in marine Detroit Diesel 8.2 single turbo. Had purchased the boat and the previous owner had always called the right engine Stubborn Starboard. Took at least 3 tries to get her cranked up. 50 gallons of treated fuel later she cranks up on the first push everytime. Can't speak to other benefits but it certainly solved my startup problem.
