They make deliciously smooth gravy in minutes. For the brown gravy, simply whisk with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. For the poultry gravy, simply whisk with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Serve the brown gravy over roast beef or meat loaf and the poultry gravy over chicken or turkey dishes. For the taste of homemade chicken gravy or turkey gravy, add 2 Tbsp. pan drippings from your roast per cup of gravy.

I never buy the jar stuff; it tastes so processed. McCormick's has the best brand of powered gravy that I have found. Flavorful and so easy to make. Sometimes I will make it with 2/3 water and 1/3 milk if I want something a little milkier, but it really is creamy enough on its own.Update: I was making soup and decided to add a little of this to use as a thickening agent and some flavor. It worked great!

I previously purchased this gravy mix at the store now it is no longer available. So if course I checked Bolo and sure enough they had. I am so pleased to be able to get it again. Makes fine gravy and is very quick.
