They are super quick to make while at work on a short break. They give me enough carbs and protein for a great pick me up during a short break at work. My co-workers can smell the cinnamon and brown sugar while it is "steeping" like tea! Only takes a few minutes with hot water from our dispenser at work. Good value and healthy quick choice!

Sturdiness awesome. I do not know if there is protein content inside of these I do not read the ingredients anyways. I literally fall in love with these.
