I actually use this protein powder as an ingredient for overnight oats. That way, it adds both the hint of sweetness and protein boost. I especially appreciate the fact that's it's sugar free. It doesn't have a weird aftertaste like many zero sugar products do, and not sickeningly sweet either. It's a nice, balanced flavor.

What I receive says 2 scoop serving size for 100 calories. What shows above is one scoop for 100 calories. If the photo above is wrong and the information on the package is correct please update the photos as serving size and calories matter to your target customers also for protein count.I saw a complaint about mixing and that can be an issue. I tried to have it in my coffee and it wouldn't mix properly. But I quickly discovered that a milk frother for coffee mixes it very well and pretty quickly with no sediment.I mix with almond milk and it's delicious. I have some every day.

This is the only powder protein I buy. Low cal/carbs. I use it in my overnight oats, protein muffins, baked oatmeal, add to my yogart everyday. I don't mix it in drinks, I use the pre-made shakes for convenience. I'm sure it tastes good though. I go through 1 container per month. No plans to replace with diff product.

I was surprised how sweet this is and it doesn't have a strong vanilla flavor. Also, was discouraged that this congeals very easily with hot liquids or if used with dairy. I am new to protein powders, so maybe this is just something that everyone has gotten used to!? but as a new user, it was... gross. I bought 0 sugar because i assumed it wouldn't be sweet at all, and the artificial sweeteners was not a good surprise. So I've tried everything from putting it in my tea (too sweet), coffee (does not work like a creamer), and smoothies. And it took a lot of trial and error to figure out, but if I add it to anything hot, like coffee, even when I mix it completely smooth, it congeals in the bottom of the glass. I've tried mixing it and adding it to coffee, adding it dry to coffee and blending, blending it and pouring coffee into it while continuing to blend... i mean everything i could think of. The only way it works is to 1) blend cold 2) drink as quickly as possible. That means smoothies, and that's the only thing i could get this to work well in, and that's only because, if it sits and congeals, it's not as noticeable when it's mixed in with berries and things.pros: despite all that, i keep mixing it into cold coffee or smoothies and drinking as quickly as possible because it's the lowest calories I could find for the highest protein. but i still hate the sweetener.
