I previously bought this product from Vitamin Shoppe by mistake, I went in to buy Flaxseed Oil, this product was mixed in with the Flaxseed Oil and I didn't notice that I had purchased Nutiva Organic Cold-Pressed Hemp Seed Oil. I put it in the fridge as soon as I arrived home and A few days later I opened it still not knowing it was Hempseed Oil until I poured it in a shot glass and saw how green it was. I thought something was wrong with my product, I looked on the bottle and saw that it was Hemp Seed Oil. I have in the pass eaten hempseeds for the protein, so I thought I'd go ahead and try this Hempseed Oil, it was great, taste better than Flaxseed Oil, and after reading that it has a healthier balance between omega 6 and 3; I decided it make sense that this brand product would be a smart choice, and Nutiva Organic Cold-Pressed Hemp-Seed Oil would be my first choice. It took me a while to find another store as my locale Vitamin Shoppe stop carrying it. I-Herb made it happen. Thanks.

The benefits far out way any negative feedback listed here. Im in my early 40's and if you're like me and don't get the necessary Nutrients to be healthy...TRY THIS, it will be worth it. My long hair is the shinest it's been in years and not shedding as much, my complexion has not only cleared up but is a smooth texture. I just feel GOOD.I have chosen to take it by mouth each night (1 tblspn) The only downside to this, if you choose to take it this way is the taste. I just put a tiny dollop of Honey on my tongue afterwards which works perfectly. It's not the best BUT it's definately tolerable. Again, the benefits are well worth the taste.

It is incredibly healthy and tasty. I don't recall if it was mentioned in the description, but hemp oil is not to be heated; it lowers the health benefits. I'm sure I would have noticed had it been written, but I feel that I am to blame as I should have done personal research before purchase. I was originally going to use it in place of canola oil in making baked goods, but now I just use coconut oil instead. This is terrific in salad and I've also used it to soak beans in. If you're looking for an oil to be used outside of cooking I strongly recommend this product.

I don't have a clue why this works. I just know that I take 2 tablespoons of this a day . It is all the difference between horrible neck pain and no neck pain at all. Amazing stuff. Tastes horrible. Mix with a little orange juice and you are good to go.

I put this on my hands and face, and any other red spots on my body. It got rid of a large red spot which was on my hand for over a year in about two weeks of first application. My skin tone is much improved. I have also ingested a tablespoon of this with breakfast, tastes ok, not sure if any positive effects by ingesting.

Exceptional product at great price point
I use carrier oils and organic oils in DIY butter, lotions and in bath bombs. This is my first time finding hemp oil of this quality and price. I have not used it yet but have checked for off odours and the bottle is in great shape, wrapped extremely well. I have no doubt it will be very good in my products. Hemp oil will not make you break out as it is rated "0" so great for these skin preparations.

I want to know if I can have a spoon or two of the oil directly or i am suppose to use it only with some vegetables or smoothies

Bought this product for arthritis relief, at least now i can sleep without the pain that comes from my arthritis, seemed to work for me the first day i took it, taste ? not the greatest, but i got over it
