these are the only multivitamins i swear i feel the effects could be a placebo or something but when i am in need of nutrients these help

I have been using this product for a very long time and find it to be a good blend of the right amounts of supplements. And it is timed release and two a day to keep the right amounts through the day. I just turned 80 recently and I think Trader Joes helped me get there!

Taste is average- doesn't taste great or horrible, I personally take my meds with a gulp of water/coffee so I don't let it sit there. Noticed a bit more energy lately. I'm only taking 1 instead of 2 that it suggests.
