I took this for a week straight and I started getting headaches and feeling a bit dizzy. I don't ever get headaches normally so it was odd. I looked at reviews and saw that it does the same to other people, so I stopped taking it for a couple days. Boom, much better now! I will take it probably every 2 days now just to avoid that. That first week I felt so great though! I had energy, my gut was happy, my mind calmer...bliss! I recommend this product buy don't take it daily.The pill tastes fine and it's not a giant pill.

I’ve had issues in the past with vitamins upsetting my stomach, but these do not!! I take before bed with no issues. Pills are large, but go down easy without a strong taste or smell. I’m in my late 30s, and transitioned to this brand after I had my last baby. Definitely noticed improvement in my hair. Overall great multivitamin for women!

This is one of the best multi vitamins that I've ever taken. Not only are the quality and ingredients great but this is one of the few multis where I've actually felt a difference in how I feel. The only problem is the price is so high. Still looking for a cheaper alternative that gives me the same benefits. GNC's multi with superfoods is another good one where I noticed a difference in how I felt. Both are pricey though.Update Apr 2020:I tried this supplement again as I have been under more stress than usual and didn't notice myself feeling any better like the last time that I took these. So I purchased garden of life vitamin code for women and I like them much better as I am feeling better, and sleeping better since taking the vitamin code. They are also capsules vs. Tablets and I think they absorb better. I am only taking 2 a day vs the recommended 4 a day of the vitamin code and still notice a difference. I will stick with vitamin code for sure!

Get the multi for women fir myself and multi fir men fir the hubby…great ingredients..does upset stomach or make me feel I’ll like some other multivitamin do. I also have tried the collagen powder and protein powder from same brand too and again great ingredients and no I’ll effectWill continue to purchase theseHighly recommend

This multi-vitamin came at the recommendation of a friend.I've been taking this multi-vitamin for over a year now, and have noticed changes. My hair has grown an incredible amount, and I no longer feel lethargic and moody (only around my cycle which is normal).I stopped taking the pills for a month (no particular reason other than forgetting to order), and noticed an immediate difference after a week or so.Bolo's pricing is about $6 less than Well.ca per bottle. I've also found it available occasionally at Rexall.While the pill is large and tastes pretty gross - I try to wash it down quickly with water and am totally fine.Definitely rate this 5* overall.
