Mine is the reason why I am eating this.4 stars for the price.Taste isn't bad. My dog is mad because she didn't get any.Very easy to prepare.It is a little pricey for the number of packs that you receive.I will recommend this to others.

I have been looking at the WonderSlim meal programs and decided I am going to try some of the products before putting down a couple hundred $$ for a month of meals. So, it is 5 servings in a box, not 7. Lowers the value rating. Portion size seemed to be fine for me even more so if I add chicken and broccoli next time. I did the plain pasta to really get a good idea. I was happy that the taste was not worse than I expected. I am not going to say it is yummy or delicious... I mean it isn't REAL Fettuccini Alfredo... I won't ever even touch the jarred alfredo sauces. But it is okay, it does have slight powdered cardboard aftertaste. Quick and easy to prepare... Next time I will add some extras and I am sure it will greatly improve the flavor. I have the Sloppy Joe mix to still try and next month I will get something different. But I do think it will make it easier to portion control so I can continue to lose weight.

Absolutely disgusting. It hardly constitutes as food. I don't even know what the extra little bits with the pasta are. But it tastes like dirt. And it is such a tiny amount of food. I do not recommend. See photos. Yuck.

I am not a food analyst, but just looking at the package size, 60g, 1 serving of Velveeta Shells and Cheese with 2% milk (which tastes awesome and is easy to make) is 112g. That is basically 2X the size. So when you compare WonderSlim vs. Velveeta here are some numbers Wonderslim: Transfat=0, Velveeta: Transfat=0. Wonderslim calories = 3.6 calories per gram Velveeta = 2.98 calories per gram. Cholesterol, which my doctor says should be #1 concern is much higher in Wonderslim. A few more key things, POWDERED Sauce does not mix well, takes a bit of time. Heating in microwave is just messy (bubbles over), FLAVOR is reasonably good, but noodles get really soft even on lowest cooking time. SORRY FOLKS, this product just does not beat what is on the shelves at your local grocery stores. Mac and Cheese is never going to be that healthy, but this product labeling is misleading. Perhaps the original Kraft product on the market is twice as bad as this one, but simply looking at your grocery shelves, you can find an easier, faster, and equally or more healthy option. Perhaps, eating smaller portions is the trick in any case--but just packaging smaller portions as "healthy" is why I am writing this negative review -- and I am throwing out 4 packets of the product today. Compare to Velveeta Shells & Cheese with 2% milk, just don't eat the whole box and/or look at small packages of that product.
