I purchased an IPAD PRO 12.9 and immediately ordered the large Octa spider for it. It arrived as promised but it is too small for the tablet.. I’ve used Octa products before and they are definitely worth the money. I’m extremely disappointed the device could not accommodate as advertised.I contacted Octa.and they sent me directions on attaching the spider to my IPAD. Since it is such a tight fit the claws have to be attached in a specific order. It is not difficult but has to be done exactly right. I am very happy and have changed my rating to excellent. I recommend the spider and tail for anyone with arthritic hands.

I have a vacuum dock for my 7 inch tablet. problem it would not hold vacuum after a year . After tear down the pump mechanism is the cause of the leak not the seal between the tablet.i bought this item.replace the vacuum dock . It works on the 7 inch tab but covers important ports. Currently on the 8 inch fire tab just barely missing the on button with out falling off the edge. Definitely designed for apple tabs

I ordered 4 products from this Octa line. So disappointed. Returning 3 items. Like many other people are experiencing I too got items that are having trouble with the rubber components being degraded and becoming disgustingly sticky. Bad enough when this happens after having an item for years, but really unacceptable when the item comes brand new already having this issue.

Ma p’tite histoire, si elle peut vous être utile...Je cherchais depuis longtemps un support de tablette qui permettrait de soulager, entre autres, mes cervicales et mes p‘tits bras (parce que c’est un peu lourd au bout d’un moment une tablette, quand même...et sur les cuisses, c’est pas génial).Et voilà, c’est chose faite ! 🎉😍😃Après longue réflexion (obligée de commander 2 produits, un peu chers...), j’ai opté pour la Monkeytail grand modèle et le Spider, et je suis plus que comblée ! Bien emballés et livrés avec un mode d’emploi anglais/français. La qualité des matériaux est excellente et la combinaison des deux en font un objet on ne peut plus pratique.La Monkeytail se manipule très facilement, on peut la caler partout !! Sa longueur permet d’ajuster la tablette à la hauteur adaptée, ainsi j’adopte de meilleures postures lorsque je l’utilise sur le canapé ou quand je suis couchée.Le Spider tourne à 360°, les « pattes » se plient/déplient facilement.Le tout reste stable, offre un confort très appréciable, en toute sécurité, et ne prend pas trop de place une fois pliés.J’en ai rêvé, ils l’ont fait !Magique !!! Merci !Je recommande à 10 000%
