Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love using these sheets. Unfortunately the box came in damaged (smashed). I will still use, but hoping Bolo does a better job packaging.

At first, I doubted the usefulness of this product: aren't rolls cheaper and nearly as easy, just cut them as needed? Per square foot, rolls are indeed a bit chepaer -- though not really enough to convince me to go back. The tradeoff is that these sheets are so much easier to use. That has more to do with the fact that they are able to lay flat on a baking sheet easily, unlike a roll where it seems to "remember" its curled-up shape. This makes them so much easier to use -- not the fact that it's likely already cut to size if you're using them on a large baking sheet (though that's certainly an added bonus if you are!).I've re-used the sheets a couple times, as the label suggests you can (as long as they didn't get too "dirty" the first time and I'm using them again relatively soon). As expected, I've never had problems with anything sticking -- the reason I use these instead of the bare sheet in the first place. All exactly what I'd expect from parchment paper, just now without the hassle of a roll!

Buena calidad y practico
Compre esta caja para no tener que salir y buscar por papel estrella. Me encanto que es el tamaño exacto de una bandeja mediana de horneado, no tengo que andar cortándolo como el papel estrella, es practico e inclusive si haces dos porciones de la misma receta hasta puedes reutilizarlo porque es aguantador.

These are my favourites to use on a George Foreman Grill because I don't have to wash the grill after each use. I can use the grill for multiple sessions and multiple types of food / meat and veggies one after the other. I don't have to pre-cut parchment paper and the fit on the grill is literally perfect. I absolutely love this and I use it all the time!
